Hi!
I’m Siddharth, an undergraduate in mechanical engineering from TCE. I was awarded AIR 1(All India Rank) in the Harman Innovation Challenge for Optimizing ADAS Performance with IP Protection for Tesla Motors and named a Top 10 Global Finalist at Harvard’s HPAIRx Conference. At IIT Madras, I worked on UAV flotation systems, rotor wake dynamics, and advanced velocimetry under Dr. Manikandan Mathur and Dr.Bharath Govindarajan.
At CSIR-NAL, I optimized composite stacking strategies for aerospace-grade carbon fiber. As team captain of Yukta Racing (Formula Student India), I led the design and fabrication of a drag-reduced aero package (16.7% lower than the previous year) and developed a high-performance in-house master cylinder now adapted for commercial use. I've worked with Dr. Vrishank Raghav on flow field reconstruction in pulsatile jets at Auburn University.
I am currently working on hypersonic aerothermoelasticity under the guidance of MIT's Aero/Astro Department, and I build custom CFD and optimization codes! I will be presenting the study in The American Physical Society's Division of Plasma Physics Conference at Long Beach, CA.
I'm currently working on dynamic stall with Dr.Ashok Gopalrathnam at North Carolina State University.
