Low Impact Signature Aircraft Design Methodology Mentor : Dr. A. Sathiya Narayanan, senior principal scientist, Experimental Aerodynamics Division, NAL.
Density- and drag-based noise reduction optimized aircraft for stealth/covert operations. A customized road map for formulation. Built a custom NN for solving the density studies with a customizable CFD solver package.
LISA (2024)
Autonomous drone equipped with stability sensor control to operate in high-speed winds unaffected and to manage India’s Cochin port to avoid any possible disruption in the logistics chain.
Ardupilot assisted DAQ with range of up to 3.5 kms.
VIVIAN (2023)
Morphing wing design aimed to improve the aerodynamic efficiency by reducing drag. Objective: Increasing airworthiness with fewer moving parts. Built a custom battery casing to withstand crash, Hobbywing rotors, 11.1V 5000mAh lithium-ion battery with 3D-printed tribits for all the control surfaces along with a 10-channel receiver.
Morphing Wing Based Radio-controlled Aircraft With Real-time Telemetry (2023)
Participated in Indian Karting Championship in 2022 at Kari-Motor Speedway, Kohlapur. Ranked 5th in India.
Designed and manufactured sprocket and exhaust pipeline.
INJI (Go-Kart)
Worked under Dr. Manikandan Mathur and Dr. Bharath Govindarajan on Hex3. Measurements from aerial platforms operating at an altitude of a km or two represent an invaluable intermediary between satellite imaging and in-situ measurements.
Project done as 'Research Intern' at Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
HEX3
"Vishnu V1" (Long Range UAV)—Optimized the battery life with “cruise mode”. 'Cruise control auto mode' allows the motor to switch off and on during altitude drop.
“Vishnu V2” (BWB)—Targeting greater internal space, stability, and fuel efficiency. Elevons over ailerons and elevators. Battery efficiency increased by 13% from V1.

𝐀𝐒𝐎-𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧-𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of 390cc engine cooling system - from design to mold creation and the use of resin and fiberglass (Fiberglass ID: 180 g/m²) for the body. The entire process was completed over a span of 13 weeks. Driver for 7th Generation vehicle. Aerodynamics and Powertrain Lead for 3 cars, namely Hudson (2023), Ricciardo (2024), and Brawn (2025).
